Your income is uncapped and will directly correlate with the amount of effort and dedication you put into it. There are multiple options to grow your income at LGFG besides selling, including company stock ownership, bonuses, and Leadership opportunities if you choose to advance in that direction later on.
To get good at selling fast, you must be learning from the best and get instant feedback live. Therefore, this is not a remote job.
We eat what we kill. This is a commission-driven sales position, so there is no base salary. Instead, there is an uncapped commission structure with a generous bonus structure. You will earn proportionately to your skill and effort level.
No. In the first few months, you will be selling either in your local area or a mutually selected travel area (in or outside of your country). With established salespeople, we support total relocation to conduct sales in your selected country or area, if you wish.
No. As this position includes both working and in-depth studying on sales and client service, it is impossible to combine with studying.
No. This is a career opportunity and not a side job. Previously mentioned income results can only be achieved if this is taken seriously.
No. Each client belongs to the current clothier. You will be taught how to grow and maintain your own client book, tap into referrals, and warm leads. When you gain experience and show good results, some incoming leads might be provided to you ocasionally.
There are no set hours, but you won’t be able to build a strong, high-income career in sales by doing strictly 9-5. In the first few months, there is a steep learning curve and most of our highest performing salespeople showed up earlier or left later, and in some cases even meet the busiest clients on the weekend.
