Conviction:
Conviction breaks down into 4 variables, and while average producers or quitters take them for granted (much like out-of-shape people take their body for granted), top producers take accountability to be better and therefore increase their 4 convictions in order to increase their discipline. This relies on 2 principles1. The Principle that anything you don’t INTENTIONALLY work on, unintentionally becomes worse. For example, if you don’t intentionally work on being in shape, you will fall out of shape, if you don’t intentionally work on being positive, you become negative, if you don’t intentionally work on abundance, you start thinking in scarcity, if you don’t intentionally work on the actions of leadership, you will fall out of leadership prospects, etc.2. The Principle that work is bigger than talent. If you don’t follow this leadership, you will grow your ego. That only has negative consequences, of course, as you will hold your potential back by comparing yourself to others which is negative regardless of which side you do it from. Therefore, the Top Producer and Leader recognize that the 4 convictions need INTENTIONAL effort, and need constant WORK in order to increase, thereby increasing discipline, habits, and ultimately growing your success in your endeavours. The 4 Convictions Are#1 – Conviction in your product. The Top Producer and Leader constantly sell themselves and convinces themselves that their product is amazing and clients receive great benefits from it.#2 Conviction in your brand. The Top Producer and Leader constantly sell themselves that your brand is the best brand and that they are incredibly fortunate to have such an amazing brand reflecting their values, goals, and integrity in the marketplace.#3 Conviction in their leadership. Top Producers and Leaders build trust and constantly continue to build trust in their leadership and follow the virtuous values of their leadership such as persistence, commitment to growth, success principles, integrity, character. The moment one does not believe in leadership, they need to leave and find something else. Top Producers and Leaders constantly reinforce their belief in their leadership to themselves both up and down the chain, therefore forging the stronger bonds of success.#4 Belief in themselves. Top Producers and Leaders constantly reaffirm their belief in themselves – specifically their work ethic, habits, persistence and commitment to growth. Top Producers and Leaders reinforce this with intentionally taking responsibility for a positive attitude, which includes but is not limited to positive reading, positive meditation and positive affirmations.
